The Speak Up LA Strategy Power Hour is a focused 60-minute consulting session designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who need strategic guidance around doing business with corporations, becoming corporate-ready, supplier diversity, business positioning, or navigating corporate opportunities.

I also offer strategy sessions for corporate teams and organizations seeking insight into small business inclusion, supplier engagement, and supplier diversity strategy.

Pre-session strategy questionnaire
Review of your submitted information before our meeting
60-minute private virtual strategy session
Focused recommendations specific to your goals and challenges
A written recap of key recommendations and next steps following our session

This isn't about trying to solve every challenge in your business in one hour. It's about identifying the right priorities, answering the questions keeping you stuck, and helping you leave with greater clarity about what to do next.

Speak Up LA Strategy Power Hour — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your Strategy Power Hour is reserved specifically for you. Because consulting appointments are limited, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all sessions.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Your payment may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original appointment, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Strategy Power Hour payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may apply your payment toward one rescheduled session within 30 days.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session and payment. A new session and payment will be required to book another appointment.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session and the full booking fee. The payment cannot be transferred to a future appointment, and a new session must be purchased to book again.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so we can maximize our time together. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.

Emergencies

I understand that unexpected situations happen. True emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Speak Up LA.

Consultant-Initiated Changes

In the unlikely event that Speak Up LA needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will have the option to transfer your booking to another available appointment or receive a full refund.

By booking and submitting payment for a Strategy Power Hour, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policy.
